about 2 days ago and since then my top two front teeth have been feeling really cold all the time, even with my mouth closed. I've never had sensitive teeth before and these teeth aren't particularly sensitive to hot or cold. Why do they feel cold and tingly? what can i do about it?

You should go back to a normal toothbrush, or change the head to a soft version. It may be too harsh on your on your teeth, doubt it would of caused an effect in such as short space of time, but don't bother using it any more..

... the best electric toothbrush is the Sonicare one..

...mention what happened to you when you visit your dentist next..!

An electric toothbrush is good but dont get lazy. You still need to use it for about 5 mins or so. You can buy toothpaste for the sensitivity. If you are still sensitive after using the toothpaste for about 3 weeks then go to dentist and have the checked.

Dont use it no more. Call your dentist & see what he says. Try a sensitive toothpaste to see if that helps the cold sensation & tingly feeling.
Crest Sensitivity toothpaste is pretty good.
