First thing in the morning after hydrating and stretching. It boosts your metabolism for the whole day. Too late and you make have trouble winding down to go to bed. Research has also proven that those who choose this time to work out have a much higher chance of making it a lifelong routine.

I've found that the earlier in the morning I can do mine, the better. It's much more productive and you have more energy for the workout (the day hasn't already taken a toll on you). It took some getting used to, and it used to make me drag throughout the day, but as I built up the stamina, I now find that I have much more energy throughout the day then I did before working out.

I think it's better to work out in the morning cause you're full of energy from a good night's sleep. If you work out at night.... you'll probably be too tired. Besides, working out is a great way to start a day.

Whenever you find that you have the most energy for a good workout. I prefer evenings but mornings is also popular.
I also like that the gym is relatively empty later in the day.

Depends on you. When do you feel the most alert and have the most energy? If it's morning work out then, if it's 11PM at night, then work out at night. Every person is different.

anytime doesn't matter. but for me personally, i prefer doing my work out in the morning. it starts my day well and i get very fresh after a shower. working out at night is fine. but you might find trouble sleeping after getting all sweaty.
