The best place for Christians to find a mate is probably church or a Christian social event. Finding a date in chuch can be very awkward, so I suggest finding events that match your interests (and involve mainly Christians) and go to them. Maybe your church holds a coffee house? Or maybe there's a Christian concert coming to town--go to that. Just little things like that can help you. Kudos on having Christianity be an important factor in your future relationships. God has someone in mind for you that will love you with the love described in 1 Corinthians 13:4-8. Don't settle for any less.

Are you trying to find a place to "date" your soulmate? Or a place to "find" your soul mate?
1st of all I think if you are a Christian you should not believe in a "soul mate." God has given us free will to choice whomever we want to marry. He has not predestined a single person in the universe for us to be with and it is our sole responsiblity to decifer His will. Or you could even argue that its God's responsiblity to reveal His will.
No, God has given us free choice to choose a mate. I imagine there is more than one person that you could CHOSE to live with for the rest of your life. Now, I am not saying God is not involved. You can pray for wisdom and guidance, and I am sure he will open and close certain doors. He will help you select a mate that is suitable for you.
Now by the sound of your question you were looking for a place to "date" your soulmate. And so i suggest the movies, resturants, parks, museums, and any other activity you enjoy that isn't a disgrace to your faith.

Honestly, I'm sorry to say this, but "soulmates" don't exist, or at very least, we can make our own soul mates from just about anyone, so the answer would be anywhere.
Statistically you'd win the lottery 333 times before you'd find your soul mate.

Okay, I learned this the hard way.
The answer is:
Seek God! Put Him first in your life. Tell him the desires of your heart, ask Him to present His BEST to you, but not until both of you are ready (which He wouldn't do, anyway.)
Then wait. Wait on God. He has His best picked out already for you. You want to find out who that is? Seek Him, because he knows who He is. Right now, He is preparing both of you to meet, but He won't let you meet until He knows the time is right.
Don't go out trying to find him yourself, because who knows better than God who is best for you?
You will be perplexed where you might meet him. You might meet him at work, in Church, or even the laundromat. That doesn't matter. He might be living on the other side of the world right now.
What does matter is that you are doing God's work, and you are resting in the faith that God, in His timing, will present him to you. And you will know.
Then, if you both want to get married, be sure to join together in prayer, asking Him if this is what He wants.
I cannot stress this enough. Think of it as a present to be unwrapped. Live every day in anticipation, expecting God's best, but don't go looking. Wait.
You won't be sorry.

Wherever you feel like it. Fall on a cargo vessel, be shipped to the middle of the pacific, and all along the way scratch and fight over each other, blaming each other for all thats happened, until you meet pirates who cause you to have to claw your way for survival swiming from sharks and killer whales only to find yourself marooned on a beach with no way of rescue or escape but finally realize the jerk you've been with is the love of your life. Like a movie :D

Based on I.Q. tests given to members of different professions, pastors scored the lowest. The intelligence of some pastors is equivalent to that of an adult monkey, or a 3 year old child. Some border on retardation.

In Church, large functions like conventions etc. Any Christian function is encouraged. Be careful of dating websites as they are often abused, believe me ive tried.
