You'd better have access to a gym 24/7, and join some sort of coordinated exercise program (dance, ice skating (strangely enough), any martial arts class. Pilates isn't gonna cut it) This will take several years for you to even get close, so be perserverant. Whenever you do exercises with free weights, try to max out your repetitions, as that will give you amazing stamina in whatever you are working. It's more of a matter of sticking to your plan like crazy, and becoming an exercise nut. Very few people have achieved that body shape, and almost all of them do it for professional reasons.

Eat nourishing food with plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables being part of it. Chew each morsel at least 32 times. This will activate signal to the brain as soon as u have had enough. Besides this change in eating style, take regular light exercises and brisk walks every day. U will be able to gain/shed all extra weight gracefully and in a reasonable time span.

1. do a lot of cardio, you cant get cut and your muscles wont show no matter how much muscle you have if they are covered by a layer of fat. play a lot of sports if you can. Basketball and tennis are great to have fun while getting a cardio workout.

2. weight training, instead of going for heavier weights do moderate weights but do high reps. this tones your body better than muscle building

3. watch your diet, its very hard to maintain or achieve low body fat, if you don't watch what you eat. eating healthy is probably the most important part more so than working out and weight training if you want to get cut and lean
