i'v read that eating chillies can boost the metabolism which burns calories,so if i want to lose my gut will eating chillies help me to lose the gut i have on my tummy,if so then how many chillies should i eat per meal/day,or will the chillies make me gain weight..what other food can i eat to lose my gut?

eating spicy food may help you to eat less.as far as speeding up your metabolism eating slow burning foods will be better for you; whole grains with small amount of protein. as well as eating lots of fresh fruits and vegetables with each meal. try preparing platters of fruit or veggies so you can snack on them while you are preparing food; you will be less hungry when you sit down to eat. also try weight training, increased muscle helps increase metabolism. get plenty of sleeep and dont eat late. sorry there are no shortcuts.

Only if you plan to burn it off from the inside out, that would take an awful lot of chilies and be very painful, possibly fatal.

Losing weight is about calories in and calories out - how many calories you eat vs. how many calories you expend in a day. Try eating less and exersizing more. There is no magic food that will make you lose weight, if there were, all us girls would know all about it.

Chillies cannot boost your metabolism dramatically...a good regular intake of a variety of vegetables is your best bet. Replace your normal meals with more vegetables and limit protein.

Try to do some physical activity daily (like walking for 25 minutes a day)

I think not - The only way to loose weight is to exercises and eat moderate sized portions... There is not a diet or pill that will work as good as that. Good Luck

I think if you eat enough, your gut will drop out of your bottom. That'll lose you some weight.
