Tinned salmon and fromage frais on a nice spud.
How about a basque omlette (put fried bread, tomatoes and cheese in the middle of a two-egg omlette and flip it shut like a cornish pasty in the pan a few moments before serving - yum)
Bon appetit!

I believe we are having bacon, mixed vegetables and potatoes...........not that I'm recommending that as an option. My mum's doing it so the results could be very unpredictable.
