Because she was made out of man's (Adams) rib? Wasn't the bible originally in Hebrew? People tell me "Wo"-man is called so, because she was made from man. How does this make sense? They weren't speaking even any Anglo-Saxon language back then. So, if anyone speaketh Hebrew, can someone tell me what the word for woman in Hebrew is?

Muchos gracias.

We can apply this to ANY other language than Hebrew. It still doesn't cut the mustard.

Look it up. It will take a little time but you evidentally have plenty. Others here may need some true HeLp. The BIBLE was translated into English by a group of Englishmen and it was called the King James BIBLE. The information that you ask would require another book that you should look online for so you can continue to ask questions that you really don't want an answer to (probably).

i think of a few human beings misunderstood you, they have been asserting how Adam impregnated Eve yet your info for sure state: I meant: How did He (God) impregnate Mary? i do no longer understand how he did that the two yet he's supernatural so i assume He can do something. None of can say for particular if God is a male or lady with a bit of luck we can all discover out the reason on judgement day.

There is no female god. God is male. Woman being called woman coming from man makes perfect sence. I don't believe that you are going to accept any answer you get because you clearly have you mind already made up.I shall be praying for you.

Genesis 2:21 And the LORD God caused a deep sleep to fall upon Adam, and he slept: and he took one of his ribs, and closed up the flesh instead thereof;
deep sleep Gen 15:12

22 And the rib, which the LORD God had taken from man, made he a woman, and brought her unto the man.

23 And Adam said, This is now bone of my bones, and flesh of my flesh: she shall be called Woman, because she was taken out of Man.

Women came from a female goddess. The Garden of Eden was inhabited by Adam and Steve, whose real name is thought to be Phil.
