Today is a day for silly questions. Might as well ask "Why are Christians so full of themselves. If they loved reason a fraction as much as they love their imaginary friend...?"
What benefit is there in asking ad homenium and straw man questions like this?

Secular Humanists (Atheists) are God's favorite children.
When they do the right thing, it is always for the right reason.
Most (not all) orthodox religious folk rarely do the right thing and when they do, it is because they fear eternal punishment or seek eternal rewards.
Atheists have every right to be full of themselves.

Why are you so concerned? It was never a secret that we would have to deal with antichrists in our world. We are supposed to pray for people like that. It's bad enough they aren't getting the love from GOD that they deserve. GOD bless and thank you.

Only the mentally ill aren't full of themselves. And they sometimes share that space with others.
I myself sometimes share space with my husband.

Prove that your God exists, skippy.
Until then, stop making such asinine claims against people you clearly know nothing about.

Yeah? Who IS god. Is it rational that I know myself but have to put some THING that may not even exist ahead of myself?
If anyone is 'saved' it is ME!
Believing in and devoting ones life to 'god' is about as rational and productive as sitting around wondering who is 'full of themselves'.
You ever notice that atheists don't use words like should and ought. I give zero time to thinking about you and what you believe, or should believe. You obviously put a lot of time into thinking about me and what? You want thanks for it?

I want to know why Christians are so full of themselves.
God gave us this wonderful thing called Free Will.
I am a Christian, but atheists aren't the only ones full of themselves...

People that want to live forever are full of themselves.
To accept the fact that you are not some sort of "special" gift, who is adored and cared for by a superpowerful being... well, that is the ultimate humility.
