The main language of Panama is Spanish, and although the Panamanians have a few words unique to Panama, it is standard Spanish, not a dialect.
English is common in Panama, more than in most other CA countries, as a result of the US-controlled Canal Zone.
There is a large Chinese minority in Panama, many now of third and fourth generation descendents of workers who came to build the Canal, plus up to 200,000 recent immigrants. These speak Cantonese, Taiwanese, and Mandarin.
There are seven separate indigenous groups, each with its own language. Numbers are small - just a few thousand or fewer of each.
Finally, Panama has one of the highest Jewish populations in the Caribbean area (10,000 or so), so some Hebrew is spoken.
