I live with 3 other people and 2 cats. Everybody is mean to one of the cats but me, and we sleep together and cuddle. I liked him, but now the cat started humping my blankets so I don't let it in my room anymore. Now it won't have anybody nice to it again.

What should I do? It isn't even my cat, it's another person's who lives there.

Hi Joel...if this cat hasn't been neutered this would contribute to the inappropriate instinctive behaviour. Nearly all shelters worldwide will reguarly perform neutering for a low fee (e.g. $15-50) or for free to qualiyfing recipients. Consider asking your roommate to ring one of the shelters. If you are located in the USA ring 1-800 SPAY USA http://spayusa.org to find the closest shelter.

Convince that person to give the cat away. That's a terrible environment for the cat to be stuck in.

If he hasn't been neutered, get him done.
If he has, don't worry about the humping. Let him back in your room and be nice to him, but when he starts humping, push him gently away, stroke him and talk to him, but stop the humping. Eventually, he'll get out of the habit.

So he humps your blankets... so what? It's not like he leaves half a cup of man-juice when he's done like some other well known species does (follow my eyes...).
Let kitty have at least a little bit of hapiness in his sad little life.
