Well its funny that you asked this question without informing us of your age.
I got married young. I was 20 and she was 18. We had been dating for 3.5 years. We had spent an enourmous amount of time together and were very honest with your past and our feelings. We now have been married 3.5 years. Now matter what age you get married you will learn more once you get married and live together.
I like to raise this question in response to yoru question. What is the single most annoying/irritating thing about your potential husband?
If you answer, NOTHING, because you love him so much. Well then you are not ready to get married. Because you dont' know him well enough.
However, if you do think of something, then ask your self, Can I live with him and that annoying behavior (characteristic, habit, behavoir, attitude) for the rest of my life if he NEVER changes?
If you can ansewr YES to the immediate above question then you are one step closer to being married. I do believe marriage is a commitment until death. You must learn to CHOICE to LOVE him even when you dont' feel like it, and he the same towards you. Because Love is more than a feeling its a choice that results in action.

If you're asking that question, that should be your first clue that yes, you are too young to get married. Perhaps you're not too young age-wise, but you probably don't have enough maturity to be involved in a marriage. If you believe you are truly in love, then your partner will wait for you and your love will work out, and when you're older and ready, a marriage will occur. Good luck!

Ask yourself this question - how many happily married couples do you see running around that have been together since they were 20 years old. Not many. I think that you still have a lot of growing to do in your 20's before you can be married to someone in a healthy relationship. Thirty is probably a good age to start thinking about it.

You are too young to get married until you know who you are and are strong enough in your heart and mind to know what you want and accept nothing less. You do not have to get married....

it all depends , first question. Are you over 18? If you have a boy friend, Do you really love him to the point you would spend the rest of you life with him? If you said yes to all those questions then yes!

How old are you? Well in Shariah Law your an adult as soon as you have your first period but I'm guessing you live in USA and aren't Muslim. So put your age up and then someone can give you a better answer.

Get married whenever you want. Just wait to have children until you're 30--if you even want to have children.
