Season the chicken with salt and pepper .. Dredge it in melted butter and coat with crushed corn flakes. Fry in hot oil until golden. Or, even better, bake them at 375 for 30 minutes.

Did this the other day -used some Parmesan cheese mixed with bread crumbs BUT added some potato flakes(kind in instant mashed potatoes) very good...nice flavor and didn't become chunky like some flour recipes-you can leave out the Parmesan...

You could just stir-fry them in oil with some fresh veggies and serve with rice. If you just want the chicken, just saute in a little oil or butter. If you want to have them breaded, I would dip in beaten egg and then in flour.

you can use flour seasoned with salt pepper and garlic if you like ,and paparika,depends on your taste for spices.you can also use crushed corn flakes for a crunchier crust.

marinate the chicken. dip it in breadcrumbs, then beaten egg, then breadcrumbs once again. FRY.
