GRRRR!!!!!
I get so irritated at some people's answers!!! If you don't know what you're talking about, then don't say anything at all! There might be a serious situation getting overlooked at because of some of the answers. And, by the way, Giardia is a bacteria, and not a worm.
The symptoms you described, diarrhea, and now jelly like poop, is characteristic of a dog/puppy having hooks and or whips worms.
While Round and Tape worms feed on the food eaten, Hooks and Whips feed on the bloodstream, and can be fatal. You need to take the pup to your vet, have a fecal test done to see which worms it has, and get a prescription dewormer to get rid of them.
The sooner the better, as your puppy is getting anemic and dehydrated quickly. I'll bet that if you look at the pup's gums, they are of a very pale color (whitish pink).

Ok,I'm not going to be rude,or feel you with a bunch of useless BS information.I have 2 Bostons and had the same problem. The younger one did this. His deal though was he knew neither was supposed to potty in the house and did this when one did have a accident then started doing it when they were outside,he thought if he cleaned it up neither would get in trouble. They both are often vet checked, they're healthy.I tried the pineapple juice,it didn't work for me.I bought some stuff from the vet and had to put it in both dogs food,it worked.Petsmart also carries it,and I think wal-mart has some too.Neither of those are nearly as expensive as the vet's but also works. It makes the poo taste so nasty that it stops them from doing it.After doing this for a few weeks,he stopped and I slowly started putting less and less in their food,he finally stopped all together and has never done it since, good luck, hope it helps.

I would assume the puppy has had all its shots and has been dewormed? If all this has already been done.
Then the clear jelly probably indicates a intestinal irritation. Usually cause by feeding the dog things its not supposed to eat. like spicy food. My dog has this problem from time to time, its best to stick to dog food designed for Puppies.. If your dog doesnt return to normal soon I would suggest taking it to the vet.. Could be an allergy or virus.

The substance is mucus... all intestines ae covered with it. The production is increased with infections. And as someoenlese posted, don talk if u dont know. Most likely ha has an infection, dont take it lightly, take it to the vet, intestianl infections in puppies are very debilitating and can cause death if not taken are of. Take it to the vet.

No, it sounds like he could need worming; the vets is the best place to get the wormer.
Pups need worming more often than adult dogs, the vet will sort out a worming schedule for you and also treat him for fleas. Flea bites spread worms.
Don't waste time and money on the rubbish from the pet shop.

Yes, go have the vet check him out. You'll have to bring a poo sample too. My pup is 7 mos now, but in the beginnning we were fighting off all kinds of parasites. The breeder only covers regular worms. We had special worms, giardia (which you can catch) then there was the Racoon Worms (get that from eating raccoon poop - where'd that come from?!!!) - seems like they get everything, including ear infections. But after the 6 mos mark it gets a bit easier.

no, especially if it's the explosive kind. ask you mom to take him to the vet because he really really needs to go. he is probably getting pretty dehydrated and needs some medical attention. if your mom gives you a hard time, ask her if you did that for weeks or she herself if she would seek medical help for you or herself. if that doesn't help any, tell her you're calling animal control. good luck, but your pup could get pretty sick pretty fast at this point.

It's probably worms - very common in puppies.
Take him to the vet and get de-worming medication. It will take about a week for them to go away.
