Since 40% of illegals are apparently visa overstays, it would make a sort of sense to do that (not that I'm willing to lose the sky.) However, instead, Homeland Security a couple of weeks ago decided it wouldn't even continue to push towards a mandated visa exit tracking system. I guess their boss, Bush, doesn't care about that very much.
He should, though. After all, at least 5 of the 9/11 terrorists were visa overstays.
