sure if money and time is something you have lots of .
you are talking severe modification plus possible frame alterations
would not recommend unless you are Jay Leno

you can fit almost any motor in any car, but the fabrication would be severe, but as far as this goes, the celica is front wheel drive with limited engine bay area, the supra's are rather long inline six engines and are real wheel drive, so it would be extremely difficult. you could swap in a toyota v6 motor in much easier than the inline six.

It'd be a bit of a nightmare, to be honest. Why not go for a Celica Turbo engine?

Just sell your car and buy a Supra, would be way cheaper then engine swap.

going to front drive engine to rear wheel drive engine would be difficult.
