This works. Eat vegetables. Drink white wine. take cascara sagara. Use a scale. Wiegh every morning. You sould lose 1/2 lb per day. Take 6 cascara capsules before dinner. Eat only until you feel satisfied. Do not recreation eat. Use little butter or sour cream etc. No milk. Fish and chicken ok. When you wiegh if you have lost more than 1-2 lbs for the day before you can eat a little more today. If you have not lost at least 1 lb you have to slack up for that day. You will lose 1/2 lb per day. You will equalize your motabolism. You will keep the wieght off. You will be able to return to regular eating after you have kept the wieght off fo 6 months. You will still be consciously aware of the amount you consume. You will be hot.

No, I wouldn't go for it. Cheese and vodka are not nutritionally adequate alone OR together and will lead to a weakened immune system and hence more serious secondary problems.
I know it is not encouraging to say this but the truth is, you simply have to burn more energy than you take into your body. Eat well, balanced meals--just smaller portions and no seconds portions. AND get more exercise. Not a pretty picture but this is the way it is--I've been there myself.

I've lost 5 kilos in my first week. It's my 10th day and I have included salad with some protein (eg. egg/ lean chicken) as you suggested. After 4 years of trying, the fat is finally coming off. It truly feels like magic!
Get started today!

Your friend is a fool and you will be a bigger fool if you follow his advice.
Depriving the body of nutrients will only decrease it's metabolic rate and burn less fat as well as depriving it of the ability function properly.
But if you want fun, go for it. Just don't complain about how you feel in the future.
