I mean like a little life alert button tattle tales could wear around their neck and press whenever they got perturbed. Would you press it when your co-workers talked about you? When your dad called you a loser? What about when someone made a sly remark about your brand of religion in the streets?

I would report the person who keeps reporting a valid question that I posted twice already. There is a question there, but someone is too insecure in their own beliefs.

I reported a coworker to HR when he crossed "Holiday" off our "Holiday Party" memo last year and wrote in "Christmas." We just happened (and it was purely coincidental) to be holding our holiday party on YULE. I was extremely offended, given that there is one devout Chrisitan here, one born again Christian (the guy who crossed off the memo), we had a Jewish girl working here at the time, we have quite a few agnostics, and my department alone has two Wiccans.

Plus, the party encompasses all the holidays in December AND New Year's day, so crossing off "Holiday" and writing in "Christmas" was extremely inappropriate. This coworker also makes constant comments about Halloween being one of "those" (i.e. Satanic) holidays and has a huge freakin' picture of Jesus in his office. I've never reported either of those things, because they aren't worth it. But crossing off "holiday", what we have called the party for years, and writing in "Christmas," especially when it fell on YULE? That crossed the line.

Why are people crying so much about being reported? You know instead of whining about it why don't you grow up and ask yourself why you are being reported in the first place....is it possible, just maybe that you are not the innocent angel you would like to believe you are?
