Why would a person that doesn't like you approach you?
That makes no sense.
You'd be waiting a really long time.

If a guy doesn't let a girl approach him then there is something wrong with her.
There is no guy that would not at least talk to a pretty girl.
Unfortunately for you this leaves you with two scenarios:
1- he is gay, in which you are wasting your time.
2- you are ugly or fat and which you would only be wasting his time if he actually granted you the privledge of speaking to him.
move on, if he is gay then move on, if you are ugly then find someone in your range. Local fat camps or side show freaks are a good place for you to pick up someone fat or ugly.

If the person "does not like you", you leave them alone. Only someone that likes you, will approach you.

You know, I'm a pretty liberated gal, but I've learned that guys like the chase, and I think that relationships work out better when a guy is interested enough in you to pursue you in the first place. If he doesn't even like you, what good could come of it?
Drop it. It won't turn out well.

Try to find out why they don't like you first, that should give you the answer. If they don't like you why would they approach you?. It could be something simple

Why would you approach someone who doesn't like you? Move on to someone who does. DO NOT APPROACH HIM.

if u know that that person doent like u there no point approching him, but if ur not sure abt his feelings then yes go ahead n approach him, dont wait.it may be too late then.
