Oh sweetie do NOT feel bad for taking a stand for yourself. I am so proud of you. Any guy who breaks up with you because you will not put out is NOT worth the aggrivation. Believe me- he is not worth the tears or the heartache.

I wish there was a pill to cure the broken heart- but there isn't. Just try and keep yourself busy so you have less time to think about what has happened. Keep reminding yourself that you DESERVE someone who is going to respect your decisions. Time heals all wounds sweetie- each day will get easier and easier as long as you KNOW that ther IS some one better out there for you.

Again I am SO proud of you!

you're no longer in a healthful place. you have been abused through your loved ones member and you have fairly everywhere to bypass. the final element so you might do is artwork on you. with the aid of fact of your historic past of abuse, i could see a counselor. this could help you realize that what you have been experiencing grew to become into incorrect and unacceptable. you should get out as much as you could and make some acquaintances. loads of abused ladies have been very remoted. i'm no longer speaking approximately clubbing the two. Take some instructions. in case you have no longer have been given one, get a job. shop your self busy. Time will help the broken coronary heart, yet getting to appreciate and love your self will shop it from being broken for the incorrect motives.

Even if you believe me, it's hard or even impossible to just ignore it, but you will feel better faster than you imagine. All hurts eventually heal, and you will find someone who is right for you.

You don't "put out" just to keep someone. If that's all that person wanted, they are just looking for what you can give, and that's not a relationship... it's being used.

No, you did the right thing, and you will be fine. Trust me.
