You can't spot reduce, meaning you can't choose where your body will burn fat. Cardiovascular exercise of any kind is what it takes to shed fat. The more you do, the more you shed. You just have to keep doing it until the abdominal region loses its share. In the meantime, strengthening your abdominal area by doing crunches, etc., will make your abs look much firmer once the fat is gone.

There is not way to "lose stomach fat". When you do cardio, you burn fat all over. You cannot pick a certain spot to reduce the fat from. Situps and crunches will develop abs, but will not burn the fat on top of them. Just do cardio, and your all-over bodyfat will be reduced. Proper diet is important as well.

last place you lose weight is tummy and butt, crunches only tone what muscle you have. Cardio excersize and dieting are the best ways. If you do, do crunches then i suggest you do a lower back workout also to avoid your abs contracting and giving you bad posture.

Hope that helps

Good luck

Sit ups. Theres the ab toner thing (you can get it from argos for like £7) and that works, flattens your stomach and gives it definition.
