Just remember the highway is not a race track, drive the speed limit, leave plenty of room between the driver in front of you, tailgateing won't get you there any faster. And oh yea; just because you have the 'right of way, dosn't mean you'll survive the crash, so KNOW what is going on around you at all times. Roadrage is a good way of dying, keep your finger to yourself or you may winde up on the evening news as a statistic: people on the road can be REAL STUPID. oh yea congradulations and happy motoring

Obey, know, and understand all the traffic laws. Don't have too many friends in the car with you, they will be a distraction and could cause you to have an accident. Remember, you have your license now, but you aren't an experienced driver yet....that will take time and practice.

Make sure the car is in proper running order before leaving the driveway. Check mirrors and seat adjustment, always wear your seatbelt even if your just running to the corner store. Always obey the speed limit, don't drive with a car full of kids, no talking on the cell phone, no reading the paper while trying to drive, don't pick something up if you drop it, don't listen to loud music, you can't hear an Emergency vehicle coming up behind you, always watch in your rear view mirrow, and be cautious of your blind spots, and never, ever, ever drive if you've had even one drink. Remember, buzzed driving is drunk driving.
