There are sooooo many good recipe sites on the web. Kraft Food is excellent as well as some others I listed for you below. You could also do a search for chicken stir fry. Happy cooking!

A good sauce. You can either purchase a jar of sauce or make your own with a corn startch roux, chicken broth, and seasonings (ginger, teriyaki, soy sauce, etc).
You can also embellish the dish by adding cans of baby corn and water chestnuts.

Hi. I would do it very simply with thin slices of root ginger and spring onions with a dash of sesame oil in a really hot wok. You could also add some lemon grass if you like. I would serve it with some good quality rice.

I ALWAYS PUT SALT AND ALITTLE SOY SAUCE IN MINE, AND LEAMON PEPPER TO TASTE. COOK YOUR CHICKEN IN A SKILLET WITH OLIVE OIL. ABOUT 1/2 A CUP. DON'T FORGET TO ADD YOUR SOY SAUCE, LEAMON PEPPER, AND SALT. WHEN THAT IS DONE ADDYOUR VEGGIE. WHAT EVER YOU LIKE, LET COOK ATIL TENDER. AND MY RICE I ALWAYS USE MIN. RICE. I WOULD COOK IT IN A POT. ADD ALITTLE BUTTER TO TASTE. SPOON THE AMOUNT OF RICE YOU WANT IN A PLATE AND THAN PUT SOME OF YOUR STIR FRY ON TOP OF THAT. AND ENJOY
