Cappuchino- Besides a quality shot of espresso, the most important element in preparing a cappuccino is the texture and temperature of the milk. When a barista steams the milk for a cappuccino, he or she creates microfoam by introducing very tiny bubbles of air into the milk, giving the milk a velvety texture and sweetness.

A cappuccino is generally defined as 1 or 2 shots of espresso (it could have even more), 1/2 cup size of steamed milk and 1/2 cup size of milk foam. There are also "wet cappucinos", (3/4 hot milk and 1/4 milk foam), "dry cappucinos" (1/4 hot milk and 3/4 milk foam) and "bone dry cappucinos" (only the espresso and a full cup of milk foam).

Cafe Mocha-A Café Mocha is a variant of a cafe latte. Like a latte it is typically one third espresso and two thirds steamed milk, but a shot of chocolate is added. Typically the chocolate is in the form of an Italian syrup, although less sophisticated vending systems use instant chocolate powder. Whipped cream, dustings of cocoa and marshmallows may also be added on top for flavour and decoration.

This being an American invention, it is mostly unknown in Italy and other continental European countries. Mocha was originally a particular variety of coffee from Mocha, Yemen, made without cocoa, but which tasted as if it had cocoa in it, and modern usage usually refers to an imitation of it using other coffee varieties and cocoa.

A variant is white café mocha, instead made with a shot of white chocolate.

In Summary:The difference is the amount of milk in the drink, and the addition of chocolate. The cappuchio with chocolate is really a moccaccino.

I believe the cafe mocha is made with coffee, the cappuchino is made with espresso, which has a much stronger taste.

I have never been a Catholic, but I was raised a Baptist. The huge difference I see between Baptists and Jehovah's Witnesses is that Witnesses are Bible-centered, whereas Baptists are tradition-centered (centered on the traditions of men). For Witnesses, belief in the Lord Jesus Christ leads to a living faith that embraces all areas of life. For us, belief in Christ is not just something to "put on" on Sunday, and forget about the rest of the week. And even though I had previously read the name "Jehovah" in my King James Bible, the Baptist Church never taught me the great significance which that Name bears. Rather, it taught me the unbiblical doctrine of the Trinity.
