You will not lose that much in that time frame. Google the GI Diet and look at using that. With exercise and no cheating you will get off around 12lb in 4 weeks;

I've tried many diets and couldn't make anything work. Since having my first child, I've been carrying around an extra 30 pounds. This diet just made sense and showed me that everything I was doing before was wrong and a waste of my time.
The plan was so refreshing and so simple to follow. I did everything plan said and lost 23 pounds in the first three weeks. I'm now starting the diet again to lose 7 more pounds. This plan has changed my life.
Get started today!

losing 25lbs before feb 3rd does not give you much time, and to tell you the truth I dont think that it is healthy.
I personally think that you will be much healthier looking/happier if you lessen your goal a bit. If you set your goal so that you cant reach it, you'll probably get discouraged.
However, to lose any amount of weight, heres what you've gotta do:
Lower your caloric intake and increase your exercise. Simple as that. There are 3,500 calories in one pound. If you eat 1,750 calories a day and you burn all of those calories off by exercising, plus another 1,750...you will burn 1lb a day.
My best advice however is to do something to change your lifestyle. Instead of having cookies, have fruits or veggies. Instead of finding a close parking spot, park in the furthest one.
Dont forget to drink lots of water!! Water helps curb your apitite and keeps your metabolism going. I call water my wonder diet pill!!!! Also, take a multi vitamin every day. certian vitamins help your body lose weight!! Such as some of the vitamin B's. They speed the metabolism. ....
Good luck, and be safe. You'll look much better if you do this the healthy way.

That sounds really unhealthy and unrealistic. Sorry, but short of surgery or starving yourself, it's not going to happen. Just start eating healthy, excerise at least 30 minutes a day, and maybe join a gym. Losing weight has to become a lifestyle, not a short-term change. Start out with a smaller goal...like losing two pounds in one week. Then move to losing ten pounds by the end of the month. 25 pounds in less than a month is a dangerous goal and it will not happen.

Try a cleansing diet! I did and lost 11 pounds and 21 inches in only 9 days. I was very happy with the results and continued on the program and lost 29 pounds in 5 weeks. This is the fastest I have ever lost with other diets like Jenny Craig, Weight Watchers, Medifast, Slimfast etc…. Cleansing works by removing toxins from your body. You get toxins from your food (pesticides, preservatives, food additives, colorings) water, chemicals, pollution, medications, alcohol, hormones that the animals you eat were fed etc….YUCK! The toxins get coated with fat and remain in your body. To remove the fat, you have to remove the toxins. This system worked for me, maybe it can work for you too. You can check out the website or call this toll free number 1-877-587-4647 for more info. The program is not cheap, but it is worth every penny since it works and keeps you motivated. Good luck! I dont think you lose that much but try eating 500 caloires less each day. Try burning 500 calories a day. Do cardio 5-6 days a week and Strength Train 2-3 days a week. Weight training help lose about 3 pounds a week. So it doesnt hurt try. Drink tons a water. Every one should drink half their weight in water. So if you weight 120 divided by 2 = 60oz a day.
Good Luck

Not healthy. I suggest you work out all day long, drink 10 litres of water a day and eat only fruit and raw veg. Take a multivitamin. Then have an enema in the morning. Even then you are pushing it and for your healths sake I would aim at 10 pounds over the month. Much more achievable too meaning you won't give up.

Actually, it can be done, but just so you know, the weight will not stay off.
Saunas, salt pills or other things to make you urinate, etc.
You should know that these are very very unhealthy and can be dangerous - losing that much weight that quickly can have serious consequences.
Talk to someone at GNC and they probably have some healthier products which can get you part of the way there.

i'd say a foodstuff routine isnt mandatory basically les proportions of foodstuff, no quickly foodstuff, exersizes, i savour swimming nad biking or only a walk and run each and every so typically. i have heard that swimming is the perfect for exersize. and that i agree that quickly isn't the perfect. so basically bypass swimming regularely and perchance replace foodstuff routine somewhat. like for breakfast gran flakes are disgusting for dropping weight. what about musli, its grains, end result and nut. nicely desire this helped.
