GI Diet by Rick Gallop. I cant praise it enough. Its not a fad diet, it uses real food is healthy, its effective and is sustainable.
With it and exercise (walking, not mad gym workouts!) I have lost almost 80lb in 6 months and I am still losing around 3lb a week:

PS Atkins ruins you health, dont even think about it!

Try a cleansing diet! I did and lost 11 pounds and 21 inches in only 9 days. I was very happy with the results and continued on the program and lost 29 pounds in 5 weeks. This is the fastest I have ever lost with other diets like Jenny Craig, Weight Watchers, Medifast, Slimfast etc…. Cleansing works by removing toxins from your body. You get toxins from your food (pesticides, preservatives, food additives, colorings) water, chemicals, pollution, medications, alcohol, hormones that the animals you eat were fed etc….YUCK! The toxins get coated with fat and remain in your body. To remove the fat, you have to remove the toxins. This system worked for me, maybe it can work for you too. You can check out the website or call this toll free number 1-877-587-4647 for more info. The program is not cheap, but it is worth every penny since it works and keeps you motivated. Good luck! I lost 2 stone in approximately 18 months by cutting down on all my meals by substituting a small tea plate for my dinner plate and before meals drinking a glass full of water which fills you up anyway. Also did exercises 4 times a week either walking or aerobics. Certainly worked for me. This was about three years ago and am able to say more or less same weight.
I must admit I still do have treats but with the exercises seem to keep it off.

Hi, i have a brilliant time loosing weight on weight watcher and after years of cutting out food and doing different diets and nothing was working this was my only answer. I never thought of weight watchers as a diet, as i could basically eat what i wanted, i never felt hungry and kept within my points and weight came of steadily i lost 1 and a half 1ibs in one week and this was amazing as i use to eat less and excercise for an hour a day and no weight shifted. So when the weight started to come off by the second week people really started to tell, and id only lost about 2 lbs. But i kept going and lost a stone in 3 months sometimes i never stuck to my points but i only never used to lose anything that week so i would of probably lost more.
All weight watchers is basically portion control, but it works, when you go on a diet its usually only eat veg drink water and eat fruit. On weight watchers you can eat what you like as long as you take it off your points allowance, its like all the calories has been counted for you. It sounds difficult to get to grips with knowing the points systom but its not and you learn the points of things off by heart in a few weeks.
This is what my day of dieting on weight watcher would be.Im allowed 22 points so here goes
milk and sugar all day = 2 points
Rice crispies 30g with milk = 1and a half points.
Bag of crisps french fries as morning snack = 1and a half points
Dinner, 2 waffles and an omellet= 4and a half points
Snack, Milky way= 2 and a half points
Tea, chiken breast with maccains low fat chips, = 4and a half points.
Snack= 2 chocolate digestive biscuits= 3 points
Supper, Cornflakes = 1 and a half points.

This would be a normal day and you can eat what you like the other days as loong as you take it of your points.

I would STRONGLY recommend Weight Watchers. I lost 76 pounds in 8 months, and you can eat all kinds of good foods, even desserts! You really do feel full, too. They have an 800 number in the phone book, plus they have a website. I guess it would be something like weightwatchers.com. They have meetings, sometimes the program comes to workplaces, and they even have the program online! This is a very healthy way to lose weight, but you should still check with your doctor before going on it. Good Luck!

I have lost 5 stone in the last 3 years from following atkins.

My biggest tip? Drink 3 or 4 litres of water a day and watch your carbohydrate intake.

Email me if you want any further info.

Maybe you could explain to us how Atkins ruins your health?

Whats unhealthy about eating a Ham salad for my lunch? And if the diet is so unhealthy how come my cholesterol levels have dropped by almost 1/2 a point since I started? i love your ignorance.......

I had great success with natural bee pollen because I could munch on it anytime I was hungry it is very low in calories and it curbs your appetite. I have been using it for over a year I lost 60 pounds and it has stayed off no cravings either you research more on a site called beeroyalproducts.com its worth a shot
