Have tried Bonjela, but just takes ages.
Any good remedies?

Two of the best remedies are UK over-the-counter mouthwashes, both of which should clear up mouth ulcers in a day or two:

Corsodyl - which is useful for a quick blast of antiseptic, cleansing goodness. Also good for oral thrush and following dental surgery - kills off practically any nasties in your mouth but if you're already sore will sting like hell.

Even better is Oraldine - has a similarly cleansing effect, but also contains Clove Oil, so stings less.

Also good is Frador tincture, less widely available than before, but still very good - similar to oraldine, but also forms a thin protective coating over the ulcer, allowing it time to heal.

Hot salt water will help give it the boot too - but don't swallow!

Hope one of those helps - I'd start with the Oraldine - I know how miserable ulcers can be.

Normally children get mouth sores when their stomach is upset, indigestion etc. Borax had been used from ancient times for stomach ulcers as well as mouth ulcers. In homeopathic doses normally not more than three doses in 30 potency are necessary. The main symptom for the use of Borax is fear of downward motion, and startling from sudden sounds. In the modern era, the nomal reason for stomach upsets is slight food poison by pesticides, or other reasons. One dose of Arsenic Album at 30 potency(three globules) usually remove the aphthae overnight and second doses usually need not be resorted to. In some cases where late sitting for study, examination and like give stress to children and give rise to worries and therefore, ulcers which is reflected as aphthae in the mouth too, and also if some one has taken too much coffee, tea and or with alcoholic drinks, Nux Vomica in 30 potency is found most effective. If it is with bad breath, either nux or Mercurious 30 will cure according to symptoms. If it is close to the joint of tthe tongue and mouth and one single one, Thuja will certainly cure with one single dose. In the case of indigestion and high fever, the ulcers come out as eruptions and is outside the lips or mouth and are cured with Natrum Mur or arsenic album. Aphthae in children only indicates an upset stomach. At the most a congested chest. Get well soon.

Rinsing your mouth with warm salt water helps. Take Vitamin C to help in the ulcer's healing. If the ulcer is quite big and really unbearable, visit your dentist and ask her to apply Debacterol. Stings like hell but works really well. Ulcers usually pop out when you are under stress and under nourished so rest and a good diet is important to prevent them from breaking out again.

Failing Bonjela try a teaspoon full of salt in hot water (boiled and left to cool slightly) It works after a few goes.

Swish your mouth with warm salt water a few times a day.

I know it sounds like a really bad idea, but it doesn't hurt oddly it feels good and it will dry up the ulcer and it will heal fast!

Goodluck!

Yeah...avoid stress and eat plenty of fruit and vegetables.
On my last trip, I had a mouth full of ulcers and couldn't talk.
When I ate better food and meditated to reduce stress, it all
cleared up within a few days.
Hot lemon drink helps with detox too..

It might have been a fluke, but a few weeks ago I tried hot, strong coffee, and the next day my ulcer had cleared up! Worth a go.

the best and fastest way to get rid of them is warm salt water.

I get them constantly and have had upteen different prescriptions and tried nearly every OTC med there is and my husbands nana told me to try the saltwater rinse and my ulcer was gone in 2 days. rinse twice a day. try to avoid tomato based foods/sauces while you have them as these tend to make them worse
