I would add some protein for lunch, and maybe some dairy, like lowfat or fat free yogurt. You're diet is not balanced, you need to incorporate all of the food groups. The popcorn should be a snack not a meal. The banana is good, but you need to add fiber to your diet as well. How about mixing the drink with half of the banana and some nuts like walnuts or some cereal in a blender.
Good luck.

You are doing good for calories I suppose but you aren't getting the nutrition you need at lunch. A bag of popcorn won't provide you with vitamins and minerals you need. If I were you I would take a multi vitamin if you continue this diet.
I would add more fresh fruits and veggies through out the day. Calcium in skim milk or low fat cheese is essential as well. Drinking water is great!!
Remember to add some protein such as grilled chicken or soy products in the mix too!

Well the breakfast is okay, the lunch is not okay. It sounds like you need to add 2 more small meals. 5 small meals a day is the key and you will lose/maintain weight.
Also drop that one diet coke. Cutting out ALL sodas all together automatically makes you lose weight (if thats what you are trying to obtain) Stick with all water, and if you need something else drink some tea or a small glass of juice or coffee.
Your heading in the right direction, but no this is not good for you.

This is not good for you AT ALL. A half bag of popcorn for lunch is not enough to get you full and you'll find yourself eating more than you were before. You should be eating 6 small, healthy meals throughout the day. It's all about portion control. The fact that you drink plenty of water is very good, though.

It all depends on your size and your activity levels, that sounds like less then one my size would eat and I'm 5'3 & 123. (FYI) The question is, are you still hungry after that? To let you know, the minimum amount of calories a person should consume a day is 1200 (For women) That's rock bottom! so be careful!

Doesn't sound good for you, but I imagine you will lose weight. Calories in need to equal calories out. I would incorporate a healthier diet if I were you.
