The most popular restaurant to go to is Joy yee's. It's in de Chinatown plaza. The food and the shakes are mmmmmm!! =) There's also Kan Kee that I highly recommend or if you want a meal after clubbing or a late night there's always seven treasures. There's 2 seven tresures. The one I'm talking about is all de way at de end of the little strip on wentworth. It's across a bank. Hope this helped! =)

A friend of mine (who now lives in China) used to entertain Chinese businessmen and they always wanted to go to Evergreen. I'm pretty sure they have 2 menus - one has more authentic food that would be customary for most Americans. Interesting note, most people I know seek out authentic local dining experiences when they travel. In my friend's extensive experience, the Chinese visitors never wanted to try anything new or American so they always went to Chinatown!

Lao SzeChuan is the best. It was featured on "Check Please" which is a local tv shows that features some of the best restaurants in Chicago. Get there early and expect a wait. You can read all their press clippings on the wall as you wait.
The 7-spice chicken is out of this world. Wok-Crispy and not swimming in sauce.
The Mongolian Beef is so fresh and tasty.
Also, the complimentary relish tray is very flavorful but careful...it's spicy!
