i dont know about hot choc but the best milkshake recipe is vanilla ice cream milk and hot choc powder mixed together in a blender until smooth!

Here's my no-fail recipe:
Pour 1 tablespoon of cocoa powder and a pinch of cinnamon into a mug. Fill the mug one-fifth full with water, and the rest with milk. Heat in the microwave on high for three minutes. Add sweetener to your own discretion. Enjoy.

Just make it with milk and whisk it as you pour the milk on the chocolate. Top with whipped cream and mini marshmallows. If you want sprinkle with cinnamon.

My friend got me one of those fondue thingies for Christmas,,you melt chocolate in the pot over a candle,,its got forks with it as-well which you can put marshmallows on or strawberry's etc and dip it in the chocolate,,it's lovely,,and bang go's the diet once AGAIN :-)

melted chocolate bars.
(stay away of nuts,,,,but if you like them go nuts!!)
some milk - skim milk or soy...easier on the stomach.
