Fruit is nature's candy lol. My crazy aunt used to tell me that when she gave me rasins when I truly wanted M&Ms when I was younger but honestly, she was right.
To stay healthy I snack on pineapple chunks, grapes and popcorn. I serving size of popcorn is huge, it can really fill you up. Also!!! If you slice up bananas and freeze them- they taste like vanilla ice cream and you can just pick them up and eat them with your hands. Also sugar free Jello or Pudding isn't bad, and at the same time if you freeze it-it taste like ice cream.
Sorry I have a weird thing about frozen stuff taste better, you should try it!
PS..This stuff is healthy but won't help you if you are doing atkins

I would agree with the almonds and possible walnuts. Fruits are great and deliver a ton of antioxidants, but to your body it's still sugar. High protein snacks are better because they also make you feel full. Fat free string cheeses is also good. For my sweet tooth I ususally have 2 to 4 small ginger snap cookies a day. They make them in a lite version and they have very few calories and are low in sugar.

Fruit is the perfect snack for your sweet tooth while dieting. Stay away from anything containing fructose, corn syrup, or sugar just stick to your simple sugars which are fruit.

I have been snacking on Quaker Oats Rice Cakes, (the Carmel corn ones are actually pretty good) and apples.
If I am really hungry I have a peanut butter or chocolate Power Bar with a glass of water.
So far so good.

Sugar free chocolate pudding cups are good. Only 60 calories and really good when you have a chocolate rush.
Jello cups only have 10 calories and you can pair them with Fat Free whipped cream.
Carrot sticks and celery stick are also really good to help curb hunger pangs.
Another good tip...if you must have something sweet, like cookies or brownies, buy a mix and make them. Don't buy already-made baked goods! They are chalked full of trans fat and calories. Making sweets yourself (even from a box mix) cuts half the fat.

Fruit (no juice). Veg plates (less carrots, though, they're pretty sugary). Also, right after exercise, protein - I use those little cans of flavored tuna that come with crackers, but I don't eat the crackers. Also low-fat/non-fat and sugar-free yogurt (check the labels.)
