You've got a urinary tract infection. Go to your GP right away.

Blood in the urine at any time should be treated. It's often a bladder infection, and sometimes the infection is due to stress. But you should get it checked out soon, because it can lead to more serious complications. Antibiotics will clear it up, but only the doctor knows which antibiotics will work -- they all have different effects -- so don't just take some pills left over from another illness, or worse, someone else's leftover pills.

You don't say if the blood is evident by looking or on urinalysis (the dipstick that is done in Drs surgeries/hospitals) This has nothing to do with Menstruation and is most likely a Urinary Tract Infection (UTI). On dipstick there is quite often protein and Leucocytes evident as well. You may have a UTI however you may also have a condition called pyelonephritis (Kidney infection). Urethral trauma can also be not ruled out and this could explain blood with the absence of protein. In any case you need to see your family Doctor ASAP.

It means that you need to see your doctor. You probably have a urnary tract infection and need antibitics - but these things can get worse, can be very dangerous - not to mention uncomfortable and you need to get yourself looked at. Hope you feel better soon.

No point in telling you anyway because you have to go to the dr for this one because you need a prescription to clear it or it will just get worse.
