Oh boy...you are in trouble! This job wont last long if you start dipping in every pot that's put before you. If you are on the job just to find women to flirt and/or sleep with that's fine. But if you need the money that the job will bring than you need to keep your pecker at bay and ignore the flirting from those women. Half of them are a tease and the other half is starving for attention. Either way, when the crap hits the fan you are the one who will lose out.

hahaha.... Many people meet on the job. But the only catch is, that if a relationship of ANY kind starts, word travels FAST.... AND, if the relationship falls apart, you still have to work with that person, and that is usually where the problems start. Its very hard to work with co workers who want you dead. Those women already have friendships amongst themselves and you are the NEW GUY- If you mess up with 1 of them, you might as well say SO LONG to the rest of them. Good luck!

how can you predict they will be with you all your life.
i dont know what is your age , but I think put your priority first work first , get your life together , wait until you have permanent jog then look for a cutie you like or your soulmate.
