It is not true. Veggies are soooo good for her. My little one loves broccoli and I make it all the time for her. If your little girl loves veggies, that is great, just make sure she is getting protein from some source. If she does not like meat, give her beans, peanut butter, tofu, (as long as she has no soy or nut allergies)
it is not crazy of you to ask and you are lucky she likes her veggies.

eating one kind of anything for a prolonged period of time is never good... I mean like, eating just canned corn all day for a few weeks. You lose vital nutrients from the other foods that should make up your diet.
But, a person can remain in excellent health eating nothing but a wide variety of fresh or frozen and the occasional canned veggies.
Ever heard of a vegetarian? Just make sure she also gets the protein her body needs, she's fine.

Plant a tomato plant, they're uncomplicated, advance quickly, and convey many tomatoes which you will the two savour eating jointly. i've got grown them the two tactics, in large pots and in the floor. there is not something greater efficient than growing to be something and eating it, it merely style lots greater efficient! she would be able to be excited watching them advance and convey whether she would not care to consume them or like them. in spite of the fact that, she would substitute her techniques after attempting one which you grew jointly! stable success, and you may not pass incorrect with a tomato plant in a large pot on the patio. added data: My daughter question me each and every spring "is it approximately time to place some tomato flora out?" We started this whilst she replaced into approximately 5 or 6 years previous, my daughter is 27 now. the only way my son eats them is that if we advance them, he hates the keep offered ones and could ask for them to be left off whilst he orders out.

As long as she's getting a wide variety of them there is no problem!..My daughter was eating a lot of carrots and started turning orange. If you are unsure you can always ask her doctor...but if my daughter loved veggies I would be extatic!

No not at all. Vegetables are actually very good for her to eat. That's what she should be eating instead of having junk food and sugar and all of that.
