Take in more protein and then take in a little more. Eat a tuna sandwich every 2 hours take lots of chicken and meat eat about 8 eggs for breakfast take out the yokes. Work out doing lower reps but high weight do something like 6 sets of 5 reps and make it 75 percent of your max. Eat protein after workout to replace what was lost.

I also have a very fast metabolizm. I found the best way to gain muscle mass and weight, is to simply go to the gym 3 times a week, and as soon as you get out of the gym eat protein, or drink gatorade, i gained 10 pounds of muscle in about a month and a half

Muscles are made from protein, so you need to increase your protein intake. Also, working out with heavy weights at low repetitions 3 or 4 times a week should have you increasing your muscles in no time.
