They have recently come out with chewable fiber tabs. They aren't at all bad to be honest. You just chew 2 when you get up in the morning every morning and you're done:)
I started using some called Fiber Choice sugar free and assorted fruit.I personally like them but there are other brands out there:)

One spoon of Metamucil in a glass of iced tea or juice every evening works well. It lowers cholesterol and assists digestion. If you don't like the taste, you can get Metamucil capsules. The negative on the capsules is that you have to take 7 or 8 each day to match one spoon of the powder.

Whole grain cereals, whole grain breads and whole grain crackers. Oh and nuts, too.
You want to look at the first ingredient listed on the package. If it says 'enriched flour', it's junk. Some 'whole wheat' bread still has that as the primary ingredient. The first ingredient needs to say, 'WHOLE GRAIN' or 'WHOLE WHEAT'.
A company named 'Kashi' makes some excellent snack crackers that are whole grain. Give some a try.

Like everyone else said, increase your whole grains.
Also, popcorn suprisingly helps with digestion.

Other than that buy some of that fiberpowder..I think it is called Beneful. You can add it to anything and you cannot taste it at all. Goodluck!!!

Whole grain anything followed by lots of water. Metamucil, other supplements. But good old fruits & veg eaten whole and raw give you vitamins and antioxidants to boot - so they're still your best bet.

You can eat more whole grains like whole wheat breads and pasta or you can stir in some tasteless fiber additives into your everyday food.
