i NEVER eat breakfast im just never hungry and im not hungry @ lunch most of the time either and sometimes im just never even hungry at all in a day so i dont eat.... how bad is that?

well it all depends if your not eating at all thats very bad! you can get really sick and malnurished and have to stay in the hospital for a few days until they get you back in order. But if you are just not eating all day then eating at night try to cut down on the stuff you eat at night and try to grab something on your way out the door in the morning and make sure to eat a good lunch and dinner then you won't have the urge to eat late at night which is making you not hungry during the day. Also you might want to get checked for depression some people have a depression disorder but don't relize it because their body is already masking it by not eating! but not eating is something you def. don't wanna do!

Ok, here is my answer to that, I think we as Americans honestly overeat enormous amounts of food. We gorge our food and act as if we are going to starve to death if we don't eat three meals a day. Honestly, everybody is different. There are days where I will eat a lot because my body feels depleated and then there are days where all I have is water. As long as you ARE eating and eating well, then it's ok not to eat a lot everyday.

I actually did a Fast for a couple of days and it was amazing. Basically the article I read about it stated that our stomachs were like cars, you have to give them a rest once in a while or they just won't work properly. You can't run them all the time or they will stop working. Thus leading to artery blockage and coronary problems. So it's ok, as long as you realize when you are hungry that you do eat something and make it healthy. And drink plenty of water. I drink about 2-3 bottles of water a day.

People don't realize that they aren't necessarily hungry that they are dehydrated and if they drank more water they would actually eat less because their bodies don't need that much food.

So be safe and take care of yourself!

You should eat at least a banana or another piece of fruit or even a small bowl of cereal. Your body does need certain nutrients, vitamins, and fats for energy. What will happen if you continue this cycle of not eating is you will become malnourished and be prone to bone damage, cell damage, and a host of other health problems. This will affect your immune system, your appearance, and your overall health.

It is terribly BAD!
You are ruining your health.
You must eat, even if it's only small amounts. You body needs nourishment.
At least buy some of those supplements that you take to skip a meal.They are liquid and have vitamins etc. Sold at super markets, drugs stores and health food store.
But feed you body! Eat or die!
