Dude, it can be intimidating!!! Every time you do that or "put yourself out there" there is a chance that someone is going to stomp all over your exposed heart. And no one wants that....no one needs that at all. Sure, its fun getting to know someone you are attracted to but when the attraction becomes serious...it also becomes scary at the same time. I dunno....
