Atheism winning so far, with some form of christianity in second.

The Christians are hitting back with a lot of answers. Islam gets a couple of votes, with paganism an interesting choice with some goog plus points.

Pastafarian! oh yes.

I have chosen Pastafarianism.

I eat lots of pasta anyway.

Now. Huge problem. There are so many different forms of pasta, which one should I choose to worship? If I choose the wrong one, say I like twirly shapes and god always eats ones shaped like shells, will I end up going to hell?

Look at all the religious nutjobs vying for your soul.
They all want you to fall for the particular myth they have. All claiming theirs to be truth. What a bunch of sheep.

All religions are low tech mind control software. Stories and fables designed to paint pictures and associations of pain or pleasure to various things they want you to do or not do.

Mind software for mass population control of humans.

If you are unsure of your own ability to reason for yourself and you feel that you are not good at reading your own internal Humanity compass or that that compass won't help you decide for yourself right from wrong...

Then by all means checks out Christianity 3.0, Jeduism 5.3 or even the not so updated Islam 1.0 peaceful just be careful not to download the "terrorist" virus oops I think that is in the CODE depends on how your hardware decompiles the program.

I have read about many religions and even followed a few such as Paganism and Wiccan which were good for me for a while but they have too many rituals. Then last year I was touched by the Holy Spirit and found Jesus, so now I am a Christian and I pray that you will find Jesus in your heart also. He is the truth, the way, and the light. As for going to hell, the bible says that by accepting Jesus as your saviour you will go to heaven, I pray that you choose wisely.

No you won't go to hell, there is no wrong as such, what you must do is ask yourself want do you want from a religion, do you want to be told what to do, do you want to hand over lots of money because they say it's what God wants, or do you want to be free to chose.
I am a Spiritualist, this does not mean we go round chasing ghosts, what it means is we share our love to all, we pray to God when we want, and where we want there are no rules, and there are no books written by man telling us what he thinks God wants from us. There are many Church's around the world, it is a growing religion, and unlike others VERY peaceful religion.
All I can say to you is check our several make up your own mind, and if you chose one, and found it's not for you try another you will know when you have found the right one.

Good luck my friend
Love & Peace

You are fortunate to join pastafarianism before any mjor schisms or splits have occurred. Sit tight and watch the new religion, and when one faction gets to establish itself right next to a good supply of (olive!) oil, go with them

The church of the flying Spagetti monster, of course! Be touched by his noodley appendage! Pasta, Pirates, what more could you ask?

Pastafarianism. You know it makes sense!

Congratulations! However, you are raising deep theological issues here! There has already been a great schism within the church. Follow this link to learn more of the Flying Spagetti Monster (PBUH)

Choose the one that fits your coscience, otherwise it will feel "wrong" and you'll give up on it.

Read about different religions and their main beliefs. Don't rush it. One of those religions will stick in your mind - you might think "But I *already* believe that!" - in which case you've found the right one.

There are lots of religions around the world, find an encyclopedia of religions in your library and startlooking. I hope you achieve happiness with your search.

you need to read some holy texts from each religion, and decide which you feel you have a connection with, one that appeals to you, the one you relate to the most. if its the right one you will know. i am Buddhist, Dharma is my truth and i hold deep heartfelt faith in my heart. I have become happier since finding Buddhism. I think which ever God you pray too, which ever God you worship, and which ever religious practice you follow 'The God' whoever it may be (for me that is Buddha) loves us all and is truely thankful we are praying, being kind to one another, and holding love in our hearts. he loves us un-conditionally!!! In Buddhism there is the hell realm but the only way we end up there is due to our own delusions (anger, jealousy, attachment etc).so no i don't think we go to hell for calling God different names. i hope you find your truth & i pray you will find much love and happiness in your heart. x

well there's a difference and religion can be many different directions, are you looking for a religion or a denomination of christianity, after all it is the only religion with satan. and several religionds out there don't even have a hell, like buddhisim, or wicca.

I don't think a loving God sends people to hell for that. Choose the one that feels right. God judges based on the heart and it is your intentions and how you try and live that matter most.
