Okay, well I'd like to lose weight in my arms without making them so muscular, my legs (without making them muscular again) and my abs. Any tips of meals throughout the day, easy excersize and ways to watch my appetite for unhealthy foods would really help. Thanks so much!

stay away from anything fried or greasy such as fast food.
eat about 3 portioned size meals a day and 3 snacks..
snacks such as veggies and fruits are good.
whole grain or wheat bread instead of white. fish such as salmon and tuna are excellent for you and a good source of protein. balance your meals with all food groups. and portions are important
when it comes to excersise, do cardio (such as walking or running) to tone and it wont build your muscles too much
an example of a good day's meal:
breakfast - one hard boiled egg, and a peice of wheat toast with peanut butter.
morning snack - an apple or some peice of fruit.
lunch - grilled or broiled chicken either alone or on whole grain bread with a salad (you can use dressing and mayo, just dont go heavy and use light stuff)
afternoon snack - cut up veggies such as broccoli and cucumbers and you can use dip, just dont go heavy (try a light dressing)
dinner - salmon or steak(make sure its not fatty and its cooked to at least meduim well with a side of steamed veggies
evening snack - light rice cakes or fruits and veggies.
you can treat yourself once a week or so
try some yougurt or low fat ice cream
beware also when you see low fat on items, sometimes they replace fat with sugar so beware.

I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.

I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.

It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.

Get started today!

As increasing activity level, as you have already proven to yourself. And your weight will stabilize naturally at what is right for you if you keep up the active, and eat balanced diet, congrats and continued good luck...

Keep Calcium in you diet. It is great for weight loss. As with anything drink lots of water. Always eat. NO, Skipping meals will slow down your body and all your excersise would be for nothing. Denise Austin for Pilate's work outs. You get toned, but not masculine. ANd it doesn't hurt. She does all, but I only doe bits of her work outs. I like her, becasue I don't hurt after her work outs. Any type of work out is great to get your positive hormones going. Good luck. And remember skipping meals gives your body the idea that you are in sleep mode and you don't burn any calories when you don't eat your normal meals a day.

Just cut down on your food intake, watch out for fatty foods, walk briskly 3 miles a day and on one day during the week you can pig out just a little, remember just for one day and then go back to your program. It's safe and it will save you a couple of dollars on your food bill which you will need to buy smaller size clothes.
