i'm 17 and so is my gf. i think we're inlove. we're really serious. we're ready to sleep together but there are alot of risks. i'm thinking maybe i'm more scared about the risks than i really want to do it. how can i make 100% we'l be ok. is there anyway i couldn't wear a condom? me and my girlfriend both don't want it.

Wear a condom! Beyond disease, do you want to end up as a 17 year old father?!

My partner and I were both 17 when we lost our virginity to each other, and we are still together 14 years later. If you are in love and are each others first partner - providing she is on birth control pills then no I don't see why you would need to use a condom. I only say this as you are each others only and first partner - if that is not the case then ENSURE you do use one, the risks are not worth it. Best of luck.

Use a Condom Believe Me You Will Enjoy It More That Way. Or Do You Want The Whole Town To Know Both Of You Had Sex Because Your Parents Are The Future Expecting Grandparents. TAKE IT FROM SOMEONE THAT CONSIVED THE FIRST TIME I HAD SEX. NOT FUN!

Everyone wants to do it at 17. But sex isn't like going to the movies where you can go have a good time, talk about it afterward and then forget it. You can have a great relationship without sex, in fact, it will probably even turn out better. At your age, once you get sex, sex is all you want to get. Everything else seems unsatisfying. You don't want a relationship based on sex alone.

Think twice before going into intimacy. There is no 100% guarantee about safe sex. Even condom do leak if not keep or wear properly and especially it is worn too early. Take care

put her on the pill....
if both of you are v. and never slept around then no risk of sexual disease. the risk is pregnancy, mental issues from religious standings and acceptance of the responsibilities that intow... like people finding out, parents freaking etc.... and the change in your relationship.
I would say put it off as long as possible... but.. sometimes the bug bites and they take the plunge... and their isn't a 100% way to be o.k., that's why they call it life cause it sure has it ups and downs and things happen....

You'll be going away to college soon your whole life is going to change. If you guys split up it is going to ruin your girlfriend and she will probably feel guil for pretty much the rest of her life for giving up her virginity before she even knew what the world was like. If you really loved her you would wait.
