First thank you for your question.
Second GOD gives us a choices to either follow JESUS HIS son or to follow our own way. As you see it is not GOD who choose to send us to hell but we choose not to be with HIM

I often wonder how best to answer such a question. I wonder firstly, does this person believe in God? I guess you must do, otherwise you would not getting frustrated with something you don't believe in.
Having established that you do actually believe in God it would seem also that you believe that He is going to inflict eternal punishment on you for being disobedient, and not just any punishment, but the worst kind imaginable. But it doesn't make sense does it? If you believed this then you would welcome the alternative even if it meant following some rules. So what's really up here?
Perhaps you're thinking that God could not be a loving and forgiving God if He would do nothing to save you from the firery pit's hell. After all you have only a few few minor shortcomings and these are really nothing compared to some of things others have done. Perhaps then, this is your way of getting back at God for being so intolerant, for not playing by our rules, for being unreasonable according to our standards.
Fortunately God has already done everything necessary to save you from a fate worse than death. God has made it possible through Jesus Christ to recieve His gift of salvation with a single, simple but profound act of faith. Because God has given His Son as a living sacrifice for our sins, we do not have to be comdemned for them. We need only believe that Jesus has already done this for us, repent of our sins that were paid for by His blood, make Him Lord of our lives and enter into that loving and forgiving relationship.
Joh 3:16-17
For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved. (KJV)

That is a VERY HARD question.
I do not know the answer.
Best case scenario: Hell is living without and outside of his presence and grace. Whereas those that are in heaven are enjoying his presence every single second. Think of the best feeling you can have as a human, and multiply it many million times over. Hell is a bland life.
Neutral Point: Hell is death. No conscience. Limbo. Never existed.
Worst case scenario: Indeed. We may be punished. In his love he gave us the will to choose and didn't create us as robots. If he loved us so much and gave us so much opportunity, why do we disrespect him so much as to waste the most precious gift of all: the life of his Son that became human to die for our sins, so that anyone that believed in him would be saved and live eternal happiness.
If you think about it, even the worst case scenario, has a very cheap admission ticket --- as the price has already being paid. You just need to claim it.
I do not know what is the right answer, but what I do know is that the price has been paid. Whatever scenario it is, why waste the opportunity if the price has been paid?

The commandments were given out before the birth of Christ. They were not followed in a way that glorified god so he sent his son to die for our sins now you just have to except his son and repent for you sins and you are forgiven and your name placed in the book of life.
There is a lot of harshness to the old testament because they were very harsh times. If you read the bible and cross reference it with the history of that time you would see that it was necessary to speak in a way that commanded the respect of many.
It is hard to go to hell now because you would have to be truly unrepentant for all that you have done. You would have to completely forsake The Lord and his teachings and not be willing to accept his son as the son of God.
People by nature have remorse so most people are repentant. Those that are not well I am sorry to be so blunt but they had a chance and chose there fate as well.

I am not Christian, but Spiritualist, but I do believe in God and Jesus Christ. Firstly the concept of Hell is man made, there is no such place, secondly, as with hell, the Bible was written by men to frighten and empower. God loves us all and forgives us our sins therefore would not punish us whatever we did. This is where the whole of the Christian religion falls down. Yes, we all go to a place called Heaven, or Spirit World, but depending on whether we have committed bad acts in our earthly life determines which part we go to. We all have to atone to ourselves for what we did on earth and when we are sorry for what we did we move over into the better part of Heaven.

This is not true. By accepting Jesus as the Son of God and your saviour, you will be forgiven and have eternal life in heaven. Jesus came to earth to become the ultimate sacrifice and to end the old ways. He knows we will make mistakes, because we are sinners and only human. The way to escape hell is to repent, follow and worship Jesus Christ.

The only ones who actually got to Hell and are punished forever are those who commit the unpardonably sin (knowing God, as Moses did, and refuting Him) and those that shed innocent blood. The shedding innocent blood is judged by God, I don't actually know who all fits in this catagory.
Everyone else (thieves, liars, bad people) are punished until they yield their souls to God. Then they go to a lesser heaven. Many religions (including certain christian religions) do not advocate a single level of heaven. But everyone ends up where they would be happiest. Can you imagine being a thief and ending up in a place where everyone new what you had done and many of them had been your victims? Better to be in a place better than here with people who did similar things but no longer do them.

I think you're coming from legalistic perspective... That is, follow the law and the whole law. Break one item of the law and ye be sent to hell.
Well, to ease your mind, you are saved by grace and not by works. Does that mean we go on sinning? No, but it does mean the only requirement for salvation is faith and belief in Jesus. Turning away from sin, etc. comes with time.
In the bible, Paul writes to a church in Galatia. They were struggling with the same question of faith and works. Read it some time.
Romans is a good one too.

The Bible clearly states God is truly just, which leads us to the fact that Hell is necessary. What kind of God would it be who ruled the universe without any ultimate consequences? Would you really be more satisfied with a God who, when it was all over, said what you did is no big deal; everybody is welcome?
The God who loves us also respects our decisions. He loves us, but he doesn't force love on us. To force love is to commit assault. He allows us to decide. If God were to have programmed us to love him, there would be no choice. But that wouldn't be love, would it? True love always involves a kind of dangerous freedom to choose for or against someone. God gives us that freedom. He leaves the choice to us.
2 Peter 3:9 that "God is not willing that any should perish, but for all to come to repentance."
Hell is not easy to swallow, but it does make sense. God is just. In his love, he gives us freedom to choose. And ultimately, we will become what we choose.

The only person to follow God's 10 commandments and His "ideal lifestyle" was Jesus. We all fall short. An all loving, all forgiving God will allow you to go your separate way if you choose not to reside with Him. Hell was created for Satan and his demons and if you choose not to have anything to do with God then you choose not to be in Heaven with Him. There's only one other option. Key word: FORGIVENESS.
God/Jesus is long-suffering and patient waiting for you to come to Him.

Yes, God is merciful AND just. This is the underlying foundation of Christianity and is the reason why a "savior" is necessary. God has made it possible for us all to receive eternal glory and happiness. All we need to do is choose to accept it. That does sound all-loving and all-forgiving to me...
