With resorting to surgery? Lasik. Without? Against what everyone else are going to say, STOP wearing your contacts or glasses. It might not improve your eyesight, but they only make your condition worse since your eyes adjust what they believe to be normal eyesight (when is really not) to the prescription (which your eyes identify as abnormal). Vitamin C is a natural way to improve your eyesight, amongst other supplements.

I can't remember all the details, but there are certian contacts that you were for a certain amount of time (don't know if they need to be surgically implanted or not) and after that it's supposed to have dramatically improved your vision. Only thing is there's not much of a price difference between that and laser surgery.

Regular eye exercises, avoid activities involving strain to the eyes such as non-stop several hours on the computer and television!

Carrot juice is supposed to be very good for the eyes as well.
