i'm crazy about this guy i think he likes me but i'm not sure. he acts like it when we're together! but our friends are always around so nothing happens. he's shy. should i make a move, ask himout or something? i don't want to be "friends!" i like him too much for that!!!

Yeah, it certainly is a lot easier then asking a girl out because we feel that she wants us, if this guy is shy, I think you should make the first move because he has low self-esteem and this is sometimes good but if he must learn to control it. I really think you should, but do not tell him that you want to be more then friends at least after the 8 dates, just say that you want to have some fun or something and I am sure he will accept.

Guys will definitely be flattered if you ask them out. So what are you waiting for? Take the initiative! What have you got to lose but bear in mind that you should hold your high expectations of him. That means don't expect too much and let things flow. So go ahead and take the shot!
Go up and just say... "We should get together for some coffee/lunch/dinner."
Or simply write down your phone number on a piece of paper... hand it to him and give him a wink. Then say,"Call me when you want to get together for lunch/dinner."

Go for it!!! If he digs you, he should trip about you being the one to ask out. See if he's cool to have dinner alone with you sometime or catch a movie or something. Remember, if you catch a movie, try to watch a horror flick with him. That way you could cling to him for safety during the scary parts and see how he connects with you on a more "closer" level. Besides that, getting more time alone with him will help you see how things could go.

Guys love to be asked out. It is a real ego booster for them. They don't always like to be the one to have to take the chance and maybe be rejected by a girl they like. If he is shy this is even more true for him. He will probably be thrilled that u would ask him out.

ok first off u need to find away to get alone with him to see whats going to happan and yes do make the first move but dont be forceful just let him know that ur intrested and when he see's that you aew intrested and if he is intrested back he will make the big move and ask you out.
