nano technology is so important in minimization of hardware is that seems to me can anyone get me how far it can b worked out

Well if you haven't already you need to read Eric Drexler's 'engines of creation' which is the seminal work on the subject and is just as relevent today though it was published in 86.

You could try http://www.foresight.org/ for more information. In fact one good list of books is in Crighton's 'Prey' - I don't know why the guy is so down on technology but there's a comprehensive bibliography at the end.
