Go to your doctor or ob-gyn IMMEDIATELY!!! Make sure they are not only checking on the headaches, but especially the abdominal cramps and bleeding/spotting. I also highly suggest stopping your form of birth control. Any birth control comes with it's serious risks (which I don't think enough people consider), but your body has a period every month for a reason, and tampering with that can cause serious problems like infertility, cancers having to do with your reproductive organs, DEADLY blood clots in your bloodstream which can travel to your heart, brain, or lungs causing aneurysm, heart attack, ect. and the older you get, the higher you are at risk for these side affects. And FYI... Seasonale was tested for only one year on fewer than 300 women. There is no way they can know the drug can be safe. I don't mean to sound like I'm positive the problem is coming from menstrual suppression, only your doctor can tell you for sure, but please consider the risks. While only having a few periods a year would be VERY convenient, staying alive and healthy is even more convenient :) Just make sure you discuss your diet, exercise, any smoking or drinking habits, and especially any medications you are on with your doctor. I hope you feel better!!
