The will of the Father in Heaven is for us Christians to try and bring people to him. So other people will know him and have inner peace with themselves and to let them know that all things happen because of him and he would love nothing more for everybody to be saved and have eternal life with him when it is our time to go.

The will of the Father can be cound in the greatest commandments: - You shall love your God with all of your heart, mind, and soul and your neighbor as yourself.

The Father doesn't just want us to be saved, but to love one another.

1 Thessalonians 4:3 For this is the will of God, even your sanctification, that ye should abstain from fornication: (4) That every one of you should know how to possess his vessel in sanctification and honour; (5) Not in the lust of concupiscence, even as the Gentiles which know not God:

1 Thessalonians 5:16 Rejoice evermore. (17) Pray without ceasing. (18) In every thing give thanks: for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus concerning you.

1 Peter 2:13 Submit yourselves to every ordinance of man for the Lord's sake: whether it be to the king, as supreme; (14) Or unto governors, as unto them that are sent by him for the punishment of evildoers, and for the praise of them that do well. (15) For so is the will of God, that with well doing ye may put to silence the ignorance of foolish men:

John 6:29 Jesus answered and said unto them, This is the work of God, that ye believe on him whom he hath sent.
