Psi, its never ok to settle for false beliefs. Seek truth. Its not important to believe God loves you because it makes you feel better, but only because its the truth. God indeed, loves you and sent His Son to die for you.

God doesn't hate you he loves you more than you can imagine. My advice is read the Gospels and meet up with some Christians and discuss it and pray . Its a shame that certain Atheists had to mark great responses down but we shouldn't hold a grudge but say have any of you read the Gospels and met Christians maybe you should give it a go?

God loves you despite what you think. He made you and He loves you unconditionally. He may not like some of the choices you've made or some of the things you've done but He will forgive you and always loves you no matter what.

It's ok to think what you want, but God loves you. Also the devil believes in God, but he dosn't worship him, in fact the devil hates God, and still God loves him also.
