I have this pain on my chest, to me it feels that my nervers are being pulled, Yup same case as ur one the deeper i breathe the deeper it hurts. I figured it out by myself to get rid of it there is two ways
1. When it happens, shake ur arms and sharke ur chest actualyy shake that area whwre it hurts it happens because of ur muscle getting misplaced i think so.
2. Inhale i know it gives pain but inhale a bit n stop again inhale again till u cant inhale anymore then exhale the pain will be gone.
If it works say thanks to me.

Ok there's a few things I'd go over here: Firstly, how often does it happen and for how long? If it is for around 10 seconds - 2 minutes, and occurs perhaps every 2/3 days, I can say almost certainly that it may just be cramp :L My mum was very concerned when I complained about chest pains since I have a double heart murmur, but turns out twas just cramp from being on my bed with my laptop alot haha. ^^ If the pain is very intense (I'm talking really-not-even-possible-to-take-a-deep-... I would advise lying still and FLAT (v important not to hunch) and breathing calmly for a minute or two, and if the pain persists, get your parent/guardian to take action as neccessary (doctors, ambulance etc) Remember I mysself am not a medical expert, so if the pain doesn't go away, you must tell someone qualified a.s.a.p Best of luck to you.

I know exactly what that feels like because I've had that happen to me a few times. I don't know what it is. But sit upright, and take a breath and then another - each time breath in deeper. (Put your finger on the spot where it hurts). I know it hurts, but once you get past that, it will get better. If not, yes, call your doctor.

If you have been laid up for a while or on a long haul flight it could be a blood clot in your lung, or plurasey (have you had a nasty cold or flu recently)
Get a check up from the Drs or a walkin NHS clinic just to be on the safe side

Not sleeping on a comfy surface could have brused your ribs. Yes, go to a doctor if you are having breathing problems, thats definatly not good.

It can be because of air, gastritis ; usually a hot water compress or hot drink can relieve the pain. But if it persists, consult your doctor for diagnostic exams.
