man i have that same problem! but here is what i found, sometimes, the less you eat, the fatter you can get!, the less water you drink also adds to it. here is what iv been trying for the past two weeks, and iv lost like 17 pounds! eat a big *** meal in the morning a medium sized meal in the afternoon and a very small one in the evening. and at each meal have 2 glasses of water.personally i smoke and drink so i dont exercise, but i do have sex at least once every week or so. you burn alot of fat doing that man serious!! because you exercise every single muscle in your body! true!!

control diet and excercise. It would be better for us if some people would give us the plan of diet rather than giving the site which demands money for the plan !!Its better to share your secret plan with us so that we would be benefitted , thankyou in advance , I am also in need of loosing weight .

Try to Take fast for two days in a week.
