I also recommend going without the Splenda. The reason is that Splenda apparently has harmful side effects, so don't get hooked on it. Keep with the fruit, make sure that the oatmeal contains sufficient whole grain amounts, and drink some 100% fruit juice and maybe a glass of milk with it. The question is whether it will be enough for your stomach or if you need more food.

The peanut butter is unquestionably good. Your breakfast sounds only nice. I surely have found out that once I upload ice to my smoothies, it appears like i'm having so lots greater, and it helps me with my water intake.

I hate oatmeal. I have tired to eat it before, even with lots of brown sugar. I just don't like it, but apples and oatmeal is a heathly breakfast.

Your breakfast sounds pretty healthy, but as others have suggested, I would also recommend adding a protien. A glass of milk, egg whites, ect.

that's pretty healthy. But like someone above me said, replace that Splenda with honey. it's better for you.

it is not too much. maybe you can try topping the oatmeal with some berries, nuts , wheatgerm or ground flaxseed for extra nutritional boost.
